Title: Not all forum posters are half-hearted workers Post by: aLeeOnline on March 22, 2008, 06:49:22 PM well.. thats right.. not all forum posters put scrap on your forums to earn some cents.. there are certain people who get involved in the forums and work as they are hired by the owner. Well, atleast i am of such type. its very easy to pick out people like this for your forums, just be very LOUD and CLEAR about the quality of the posts, do write that each post will be checked manually etc..
there must be a rule of NEW THREADS, like u must post NEW THREADS at 50% of your posts, coz replying to ongoing topics is easy rather than starting a new topic.. what do you guys think ov this.. ? I moonlight as a forum poster because it's often an enlightening experience in managing and developing a forum.

I agree, that forum posting is a neat way to explore all kinds of topics and learn a lot. I find it fun, and a good way to spend some free time. :)

And, you should probably also make it clear that the users posts will be deleted and their account removed if they fail to meet your requirements.

I don't understand why anyone would purposely do a job partway. I think it's a great idea to have to post new threads. That's my favorite part. You really get to express yourself and say what's on your mind, not just elaborate on what someone else is thinking.
