Paid Posters - What payment do you take, and what's the cashout?

What's the minimum cashout for the services you use, and what kind of payment do you generally take?  I'm usually extremely hesitant to take paypal, because of the huge fees it takes.  On a ten dollar payment I lost almost 10% of my payment to paypal.... Also, what kind of minimum cashouts do you guys encounter?  I hate when someone doesn't let you get paid until you reach 20, 30, or 40 dollars.  Each post is small enough that it can take a hell of a time to get there
