How to Build a Forum

I'm looking to make my own forum, but I have no idea how this is done as I am not a web developer nor do I have any knowledge of scripting or programming.  Are these scripts easy to install?  Are there some web hosts that cater to forum owners and are more able to help you with adding additional features and creating a design for you.  I'm fairly compter literate, but I just don't have experience on the internet as much.  Any help you give me to help me start my forum would be very much appreciated.
