We need writers and posters that can write tutorials, anime news,post graphics or game

We pay 20 USD for the best writer, 10 USD for 2nd , 5 USD for third.

That's very generous of you.  For your articles are you looking for a min. word count?  Any topic or subject area in particular that you would like an article to be about?
