Paying for new Registrations

I am willing to pay $5 for every 20 NEW registrations you can get my board. The new registrations MUST be to different I.P's. And each of the new members need to post at least once.

This offer is limited to the first 4 people interested. So thats a max of $20 I'm paying out. If the one person can get me 60 or 80 members, then thats fine also...
